A behavioral approach to weight loss.
My name is Caryl Ehrlich. I am a compulsive eater. And yet, in 1981, I figured out how to lose 50 pounds and keep it off. I didn’t diet, deprive myself, count calories or grams of fat, or avoid specialty foods. I didn’t change the foods I ate. I changed my habits instead. I learned to eat real food in the real world, and developed The Caryl Ehrlich Program to help other people do the same.
Since 1981, The Program has helped thousands of people conquer their food addictions and compulsive eating habits. From my 40 years of teaching, two books emerged. Through my books, you, too, can learn how to change your eating habits, and your life.
My goal is to help you reach your goal.
